The entrance exam for the course is NET or entrance exam conducted by university. According to the UGC rules, only the candidates who appear and qualify NET/ CAR NET / CAR NET are allowed for pursuing phD in anesthesia or can become assistant professor .
Fees for anaestheology in India ranges from 50,000 to 5,00,000 inr . Duration of the course is 4 years.

In order to an Assistant Professor or JRF in Anesthesia, you will need to clear the National Eligibility Test (NET) which is conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
