Dear student,

Basically mistri can be termed as a master-craftsman, or supervisor of manual workers. As you are an engineering aspirant of class 12th, then I will say, think big, crack some entrance exam and get a good job.

Because becoming a mistri doesn't requires any degree or college. You must be skilled worker in field in one type of labour work, for eg - carrying good weight, have a good knowledge of how to mix cement, or you must know how to attach the bricks ( like a mason does ), etc.

So, for mistri get an expertise knowledge in one field of labour work, and you have to work and the salary will also be very less.

So, listen my advice - study well, crack an entrance exam, get into a good college, do the engineering and get a good job. So, throw away the thinking of becoming a Mistri. But the final decision lies completely in your hands.
