Firstly join 12th choosing mpc stream and then complete your 12th standard. crack jee mains or advanced depends on your ability, join an IIT or NIT, pursue the branch you would like to, focus your entire btech on your stream basics. and then may be after 6 years when you complete your graduation, ISRO conducts entrance exam to recruit engineers/SCIENTIST every year if not so may be every 2 years, give that exam, if you are shortlisted for the interview, do your best at the interview, get selected and then YOU ARE A SCIENTIST AT ISRO!!
