For B.Sc Physics in University of Delhi they'll consider your best 3 main science subjects. This is criteria for all the B.Sc courses. They take best of 3 and not 4.
For Physics, the compulsory three subjects should be you main three subject i.e Physics, Chemistry and Maths. These three subjeci will be considered.

Thanks for asking here. To calculate best four subject marks for DU admissions in B.Sc. physics, you have to include 1 language, Physics, other 2 List A subjects. List A subjects can be checked on DU's website. Generally, it includes all the core subjects like maths, chemistry, economics etc. If you did not have physics in class 12th, then you will face a change of stream disadvantage in all the colleges.
