hello,

Congragulation for completing your class 12th.

It easy to calculate for cut off marks in board as you know total score for each subject is 200. You have to take MATHS, PHYSICS and CHEMISTRY  marks to calculate.

1.  Mathematics marks obtained out of 200 should be divided by 2 , so it becomes out of 100

2. Physics and Chemistry should be divided by 4 and it becomes out of 50.

3. Finally, add the marks of the above subjects you will get cut off mark

Example if you had scored 190 in maths, 185 in Physics anf 195 in chemistry

Step 1 : 198/2 = 95

Step 2 : 185/4 = 46.2

Step 3 : 195/4 = 48.75

Step 4 : Cutoff mark = 95+46.2+48.75 =189.95

Your cut off mark is 189.95.

This applies  for the CBSE too.
