Calculating cut off marks for TNEA is very simple.
Step1: Divide your physics mark by 2
Step2: Similarly divide your chemistry mark by 2
Step3: Divide your math mark by 1
Step4: Now add all these three divided marks.
This is your cut off mark out of 200. Let me give an example, in case Person A has secured 90 marks in physics, 84 in chemistry and 88 in math then his cut off score is :
90/2 + 84/2 + 88 = 176 i.e, the student has secured 175 out of 200.
