How to calculate top 20 percentile ?

Hello aspirant,



As per JEE Advanced eligibility criteria,  aspiring candidates need to either secure at least 75%aggregate marks in the class and 65%aggregate marks or they should be in category wise top 20 percentile in their respective class board examination. This means that in order to be eligible for IIT admission through JEE advance exam, the candidates need to fulfil two eligibility requirements.  Even if you are not among those who are able to score 75%aggregate marks in class 12th examination.
