See if you have been allotted a seat in NEET counselling then it is upon you whether you want to accept it or not. Now if you want to cancel your seat so do not report to the college then your seat will be automatically cancelled and if you want to upgrade your seat then you can upgrade your seat in further rounds of counselling.
