You cannot cancel that application. It's just that if you don't want to take admission in that particular college then don't attend the admission process of that college.

You can take the print out of application form of a different college in which you want to take admission even without canceling the earlier form and can proceed with admission in the other college.

For cancellation, you have to go to the previous college you got admitted in and then ask the designated authorities to cancel your admission. They will assign you a cancellation slip and you have to pay a nominal cancellation fee in order to cancel your admission. After that, they will give your original certificates back so that you can go to any other college of your choice for admission again.

On the Du portal, it will show 'cancelled' beside the college you were admitted the last in. You have to go to the college itself. There is no way the whole cancellation procedure can be done on the website. If you don't report to the college, you won't get your original certificate back for admission to another college.
