Hello Anurag,
Go to the SRM website. Click on Admissions India and then on Online enrolment. Fill in your personal details first and then click on the Cancel Menu. You will have to upload a scanned copy of the fee receipt you must have got at the time of admission on the counselling day. In addition you are required to upload a scanned copy of a cancelled cheque and a self declaration signed by the student and the parent. The declaration can also be downloaded on a click imbedded in the Cancel page itself. Thereafter you will receive a copy of acceptance of cancellation. Save it or keep a print out with you for future. Once this is done, courier the original provisional admission letter and receipt to SRM. Meanwhile they will process your refund, which will take a minimum of 15 days. This is the process I followed yesterday, since their phone lines don't work at all and you can leave endless voice messaged with nobody returning the call ever. Hope this helps. Try your luck!
