There is no course of law that you can directly pursue after 10th.

Firstly you have pass class 12th with any subject with a good marks thought he minimum required percentage in law entrance exams for institutes is 45% for general candidate and 40% for other category.

The entrance exam i mentioned can get to the institutes to pursue the different stream of LLB like 3 year LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, B.COM (//B.COM) LLB, B.L.S LLB.

CLAT is not only one entrance exams through which you can get colleges but there few more such exams like AIBE, AILET, DU LLB, TS LAWCET, TS PGLCET.

Some of the top law universities in India which you can get through exams are following.

• UPEC
• ICFAI
• LPU
• MIT WPU
• SRM

Law is one such field where candidates from all streams are allowed to pursue the course, now basically there are two types of law programs, one based on the the eligibility criteria of passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 45% aggregate(this may vary as per norms of university), this is integrated law course which comes in many forms such as BA-LLB, BCom-LLB, BBA-LLB, BCA-LLB, BSc-LLB etc, so depending on which specific course you want to pursue you can choose 10+2 stream, for instance with Science stream at 12th standard pursuing BCA-LLB/BSc-LLB is good option and in case of BCom-LLB/BBA-LLB commerce stream is good option etc, for BA-LLB humanities stream is good option, generally admission is done through top entrance tests such as CLAT, AILET, BHU UET, LFAT, LSAT, SET etc, or in some colleges it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination,

on the other hand there is also LLB for a duration of three years for which the eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University securing 45%-50% aggregate depending upon the norms of the University, admission process may be done on the basis of the merit of the qualifying examination  or
through entrance tests such as DU LLB, BHU UET, LAT, SLS AIAT etc.

There are also state level law entrance exams for admission to both five years integrated law courses and three years LLB course such as MAH CET LAW, KLEE, AP LAWCET, TS LAWCET.
