Dear Suraj, there are 2 things to it. You want to change your branch in the same college or you want to change your branch and move to a new college. For the first option, you should have a vacancy in the new branch that you want to join. You might have to talk to your administration regarding the plans in shift of the branch. Second, if you want to shift to a new branch in a new college, the administrations of both colleges have to be involved. The current college should be willing to let you go. You might have to pay the entire course fees because the college is losing a potential candidate for the entire course. On the other hand, the new college should have a vacancy in your desired branch and should be willing to give you admission.
