how to change my category as OBC NCL in JEE mains session 2 application form. please suggest me for immediately action

Yes, you can change it. After JEE mains result you have to apply for JEE Adavnced form separately.
A tested copies of category certificates issued after January 2016 by a competent authority in the prescribed format must be submitted to the concerned zonal IIT along with the registration no. of JEE Advanced.
