As per your requirement, i would say that as your basic registration is completed for aiims lg exam, but you need to check its accepted or not, then you can use your registration details which is email id and password and then login in their site, if the login information is accepted and you are able to check and fill your further details, then you will realize that its accepted. But if it does not login, it will vice versa which is itz not accepted.
