I don't understand your question completely. TNEA ranklist is prepared by normalising the marks in PCM of students. The normalised marks is in 200. It is calculated by (P+C)/4 + M/2. For getting a very good college, like PSG, you'll need a score of around 198/200. This marks, usually called cutoff, varies for different colleges. Higher your marks, higher wil be your rank.
