I'll start with physics
The most important factor to be considered while preparing for physics is the selection of books. Often students fall into the trap of selecting high level books like Irodov or University Physics. These books might be perfect for jee mains or JEE advanced but for medical students you have to stick to your level.
DC Pandey, Pradeep, Marvel Publications, MTG NEET GUIDE these books can be a perfect guide for Neet and AIIMS.
The second important point is your approach while solving questions. While solving the question, the first thing that should strike the mind should be the concept underlying the question, and not just the formula. Many students start scratching their minds about which formula to apply but physics is not just about formulas it's about the concepts. So understand those concepts thats more important what we call as the FUNDA.
Now coming to Chemistry, MTG NEET champion is the book that I referred for chemistry and I scored good marks in my neet and AIIMS exams as well in chemistry.
For inorganic chemistry you can read the NCERT well again and again. And then try out some question from this book or even your class's book will do.
For physical chemisty, you should know the formulas well and their applocation too and you should have a grip of solving lots of mcqs so that each and every type gets covered.
And organic chemistry you have to stich it from the basics. A good knowledge of general organic chemistry and aromatic compounds will help you in the upcoming organic chapter of 12th std like haloalkanes or aldehydes, etc.
Keep concentrating, stay motivated and keep an aim or a target of doing particular things for a day. And study hardest. Trust me that moment is superb when you realize that you have made it, your 2 years HARDWORK has paid you off! And that's a very proud moment for yourself.
Best of luck buddy, may God bless you. Study well.
