I am assuming you are talking about BSc BEd integrated course entrance exam, like RIE CEE (Regional Institute of Education, Common Entrance Exam) conducted by NCERT.

In these exams there arent many subject specific questions which are asked, but questions pertaining to Reasoning ability, Teaching Aptitude and Language Proficiency.
