I will not give you big big advices or suggestions. Just study with your whole efforts. Revise all the concepts again and again that you have learnt, practise the numericals of frequently asked topics of physics and chemistry.. study only ncert book of biology focusing more on examples, figures, scientist's name etc etc.

For physics and chemitrsy ,you can read ncert but do read the solved examples and solve exercise question given at the end of each chapter..

Also solve previous year's question papers..

Lastly stay motivated and be confident. Rest leave on god..

You will surely get a good rank,if you follow this.

Good luck.prepare well..

Dear Abhi,

Firstly you can't join AIIMS by giving NEET. For that you have to give separate AIIMS-UG entrance examination.

Secondly, here are Some GOLDEN tips for the preparation of NEET.

1. Make you own time table , Shorter and achievable small targets.
2. Focus on limited books - NCERT + Some reference
3.Finish your full syllabus n a fixed time frame of 3-4
4. Solve MCQS daily in a time limit - Understand where you are doing most mistakes, Correct it, retry
5.Whatever you study throughout the day make sure that you revise before going to the bed
6.Concentrate More on weaker subject
7.Give equal important to all the three subjects.
8.Understand all options of previous year MCQS ...As EXACT question is not repeated BUT related questions are....
9.Give mock test in between to assess yourself.
10. Have patience and be positive
11.POSITIVE SURROUDING - Discuss with friends who can help you stay positive not the one who brings negativity.
12.Correct your mistakes
13.Maintain your health
Don't think about the result. Be cool and devise a strategy for solving the paper, like which subject to attend first, what time is to be given for each subject, rough work to be done with pencil, leaving doubted questions initially, etc.

Above points will definitely help you. Best of luck !

NEET-UG entrance offers admission into the government as well as deemed colleges across the nation except for AIIMS, JIPMER. You have to give a separate Entrance exam for seeking admission into either of the 2 institutions.

Also, you need to pay emphasis on assertion and reasoning and general knowledge additionally while preparing for AIIMS entrance.

For studying in AIIMS, you have to give AIIMS UG Entrance Test. AIIMS doesn't fall under NEET.

However, for cracking NEET, you need to focus on NCERTs. Thorough knowledge of NCERTs is must for qualifying NEET. Once you are done with NCERTs, practice questions from mock tests, previous year question papers, sample papers, modules.

AIIMS entrance exam is bit tougher and more competitive because of lesser seats. However, again you require basic NCERT knowledge. But for chemistry and physics, try other books also like OP Tandon for chemistry and HC Verma for Physics. For Biology, NCERTs are enough. Although you should practice questions from other books also.

All the best.

Hie Abhi,

  • It's a very good sign that you have Goal in mind. Keep your focus on that goal for the whole period of your preparations and don't not let it waver at any cost.

  • You need to also understand that NEET and AIIMS are two separate exams.
  • AIIMS is the ONLY medical entrance exam whose scores are accepted for admission to AIIMS New Delhi and 8 other AIIMS like institutions namely at Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Guntur (Andhra Pradesh), Jodhpur, Nagpur (Maharashtra), Patna, Raipur, Rishikesh. AIIMS New Delhi and 8 AIIMS like institutions offer 807 MBBS seats.
  • NEET, on the other hand, is the only gateway for admissions into any medical & dental UG courses offered by various government and private medical colleges in the whole of India, except for J&K.

  • Apart from NEET and AIIMS, JIPMER also conducts a separate exam to enroll students in their institute, separately.
    • Now, AIIMS is a much difficult exam to crack due to the overwhelming competition as well as a limited number of seats. However, with hard work, dedication and perseverance, it is definitely achievable.
  • The AIIMS entrance exam consists of 200 questions and since you want AIIMS, Delhi you will have to put in extra hard work.
  • The closing ranks for AIIMS, Delhi was rank 49 under General Quota. Despite, the fact that AIIMS does not disclose the marks obtained but rather the percentile, you must focus on scoring above 170 in their exam to get a seat.

  • The distribution of the paper is as follows,

  • Physics: 60 questions

  • Chemistry: 60 questions

  • Biology: 60 questions

  • General Knowledge: 10 questions

  • Aptitude and Logical thinking: 10 questions

  • You should focus on NCERT books to clear out your basic concepts and solve previous years papers to get a hang of the question pattern.
  • General Knowledge:
  • Current Affairs Business, Punch line of companies, Top officials of big companies, Famous award and prizes, Major corporate events, World Records, Books and authors, Science, History, etc. Keep yourself up-to-date with this regard.
  • All the very Best!

Heyy! As there are only few days left for neet exam

Follow the ncerts word by word and solve previous years papers, they really help.

Good luck!

Shivam 13th Apr, 2018

Hey Abhi

You Need To work hard as it is peak time of your preparation. You must follow Ncer t Books mainly, as they are the major concept builder. Along with Ncert, you can follow Books like
Ncert on Finger Tips from MtG for Biology Particularly.
For Chemistry you Can Go with GRB by P Bahadur or O.P. Tandon both books have sufficient content as well as questions to crack neet as well as Aiims. For Physics, if you have plenty of time, then you can start with HC Verma, otherwise if you can Go with ErrorLess by Universal Publication. Practicing previous Year question paper is always helpful. So you can even practice that.

all the best
