VITEEE syllabus was changes for 2020 with introduction of new section of Aptitude.
The syllabus is as follows
Physics - 35 Questions
Chemistry - 35 Questions
Mathematics/Biology - 40 Questions
English - 5 Questions
Aptitude - 10 Questions
So, total number of questions will be 125.

Questions will be from your class 11th and 12th syllabus.First complete your NCERTs and then move to standard book kike RD sharma for Maths, HC Verma and DC pandey for Physics,RC Mukherjee and OP Tondon for Chemistry and RS Aggarwal for Reasoning.
Along worth preparation also solve past year question papers.

To crack viteee you need to study the syllabus of 11 nad 12 both, the paper is quite easy as compared to jee mains and syllabus bis also similar to that,

Hence you need to study 5-6 hrs daily and try to solve previous year paper and some mock papers
