Osmania university is a UGC And AICTE approved university in Hyderabad, telangana. And yes, the university has an eligibility criteria, and also considers the marks obtained in OUCET for admissions to masters programmes.
Eligibility criteria is : Graduation with minimum 40 percent aggregate from a UGC recognized university/college.
OUCET or osmania university common entrance test, is an exam conducted by this university for admission into various masters programmes.
