hello

First of all, you will have to apply for counselling on Josssa site. After that you can fill choices as per your preference.

Some top NITs you can consider are:

1. NIT Trichy

2. NIT Warangal

3. NIT Surathkal

4. MNNIT Allahabad

5. NIT Rourkela

6. MNIT Jaipur

7. NIT Jalandhar

8. NIT Bhopal

9. NIT Surat

10 NIT Nagpur.

These are some top NITs you may consider as they have very good placement records and are also ranked high in NIRF.

You can choose branch preference as per your interest, if you are more inclined towards any particular field they you should keep that branch up in priority.

And if you are unable to find your interest then I would suggest go as follows:

1. CSE, IT

2. ECE, EE

3. Mechanical, Production etc

You can try out college predictor to know what college are you getting: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp

Hope it helps.
