Hello Manpreet,
For registering into KCC, there is no online procedure. As mentioned on there website you will have to walk into the centre, and ask for admission on the reception. Followed by which there will be an interview session. If you qualify that, you will be called, results will also be published online for your reference. After that you will have to pay the required fees(around 11000).
If you want to join at beginer level 2, or any other higher level, then there are written tests for that.
