Better download strcpy java code from GitHub. And then enable USB Debugging in your android from developer options. Extract the folder and run strcpy.exe file while your phone connected with the USB cable. Then you will be able to control your phone with the laptop using mouse and keyboard. It's only a 10 MB program to download.

National Test Abhyas App is an android app that is available on the Google Play Store. To download this app on Windows and Mac Laptop, first you are required to download an emulator on your Laptop. In that emulator, you will be able to run any android app including National Test Abhyas App. Some emulators are Nox Player, Bluestacks etc.

I have no idea about emulaters
Then, you should open that Nox Player and then sign in from Gmail id as you do in Smartphone. Then, search for the National Test Abhyas App and download that.
Please note that you will be able to run this app through Nox Player only.

It took me 5 hours, and I am also confused what to do after installing bluestack then I saw Rakhee gupta doesn't say about wifi problem cause she downloaded nox and then I take a chance by installing it. YES IT WORKED

You cannot directly download the NTA Abhyas Application on your laptop/PC, as it is an Android application.
If you want to run it on your laptop/PC than you should have Emulator installed in your laptop/PC which supports Android application.
On Emulator you can run that application very easily as in your phone.
