Please follow the below given steps to download the admit card:

Go to IIT JEE 2021 web page

Click on the admit card link on the page

Enter Application Number and Date of Birth in the NTA JEE Main exam login window.

The admit card of JEE Mains 2021 exam will appear on the screen.

Make sure that the details on the admit card are correct.
-
Take a print out of the same as it will be required during counselling and admissions.
