Hi Sahil,
While fillip up the CBSE improvement examination form you can edit and change the details of the form as many times as you want before finally submitting the same. After submitting the form, you have to pay the required fees to confirm your candidature for the application process, you then need to take a printout of the application form, i.e., the confirmation page send it through post to the regional CBSE office along with your old marksheet of class 12 examination for document verification purposes.
