Hi, you can only make changes during the period of last date of registration. You can edit your Name,Address , DOB, test city preferences, etc even after the last date.According to the information given on their official website the last date of registration was 30th November 2021. So, you can not make any changes in programs while registering for SNAP 2021. Hope this helps.
