There are no colleges or Institutions that enrol you for CA Courses. You have to register individually at their official website which is https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=721&c_id=120 . For being eligible for CA Foundation, you should complete your 12th in any stream and complete a mandatory study period of 4 months.
