how to file neet 2021 application form

Hi student,

The form is not released yet, it will be released soon by NTA. The steps to fill the application form of NEET 2021 are as follows:-

• Go to ntaneet.nic.in (https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/welcome.aspx) .
• Click to the fill application form button.
• Enter all the required details.
• Choose a Password and verify registered mobile number via OTP.
• You will get a Provisional Application Number of NEET 2021.
• Now, login again and fill all the other details and upload documents.
• Pay the Application Fee and print the receipt.

NEET 2021 application form has not been released yet. You can fill the application form on ntaneet.nic.in once released. This year NEET 2021 is expected to be held on May 2, 2021. You'll need following documents to fill neet form:

• Mobile Number
• Email address
• Class 10th and 12th marksheet
• Scanned images of passport-sized photograph and signature
• Aadhar Number
• Scanned Left-hand thumb impression
• Any other docs (if applicable)
