    Hello

    The TS Eamcet declaration form is for those students who belong to all other boards other than Intermediate board.Generally,this form is filled to include the 12th class PCM aggregate in TS Eamcet to know the rank.

    Coming to the issue,fill your grade points in the secured marks column and enter the maximum grade points out of which you have  obtained those grade points in secured column.

    Sir in secured marks column we should enter second year GPA+practical GPA or first year grade points also we have enter or not please help me

    Yes you can add but you have to mention the addition of total marks of those both in the maximum marks

    Actually the whole process sticks to the main objective that the marks should be taken from the final results.For example,students from CBSE and ISC have board exams in 12th class and the marks obtained only in the board exams are considered for TS Eamcet
