See, if you are talking about studying for 11 and 12th class along with Neet ug study. Then both have the same syllabus. What to you study for Board exams comes in Neet ug too.
The only difference is that in boards you have to solve long questions and answers while in neet you have to solve Multiple choice questions
So here are some tips for you:---

Prepare a topic and then solve Mcqs on it.

Maintain time limit and practice for it.

For boards, solve Ncert exemplar and it will help in Neet too

Solve Aakash Or Allen modules for neet
Solve books which have both subjective and objective questions like Mtg Ncert at your fingertips.
This way, you will be able to practice for both the things.

Since you are a NEET UG student and this is your primary goal but at the same time you also wish to give your Focus and attention on scoring an excellent board percentage therefore following are some tips which may really work:
- In order to pay attention on board examination, just be well prepared with school textbooks/ NCERT and solve examples and maintain concept clarity through out , suppose you study 10 hours a day then keep the initial or ending hours (1to 2 hours) for studying for boards.
- Now , try solving sample papers.
- Try solving previous year question paper of board examination.
- Also, you are already preparing for NEET UG so you must be good at concepts so preparing for boards through sample papers won't be a problem.
- Just believe yourself you will be giving an at excellent performance at both exams.

NEET Examination is the only entrance examination for admission in Medical colleges for MBBS and BDS course, and every year more than 15 Lakh Students appear for this Examination making it one of the most difficult examination.
Hence it becomes imperative to give your all while preparing for the entrance examination. A dedicated continuous effort along with Hard work is required to crack the examination with flying colours.
Students find it tough to study continuously for long hours, hence you must plan your daily time table for each subject and then study accordingly.
