Discipline is one word answer to your question. Follow the material and read NCERT for extra advantage. It will not only help you to get a good score but also help you in clearing concepts
And i would answer your question too. Go through the modules in details and also through the lines of NCERT for scoring more.
Pay attention in class
Make your own notes by combining modules and teachers notes
If u have time after all this practice some questio. From ncert and pradeep for physocs and chemistry
Read ncert of biology from line to line
Make your own mind map of every page s by placing certain sticky notes or thing to well versed with it
Hope this will give your desired marks
1.solve universal errorless physics completely(70-80% question of physics r frm dis buk)
2.slove previous test paper of d same teacher in which previously he taught d subject
3.solve allen major test series paper as teacher tends to repeat these questions in minor xam
4.solve enthuas biology..
All the best!
[1] Attempt those questions you are sure of or at least have a slight hint to. Allen papers tend to have carefully twisted and erroneous answers to trick students. Specially in questions like- How many of these statements are true?...
[2] Improvise on your bubbling skills and time management while giving the test series, try various combinations of attempting and boil down to the one most suitable to you
[3] Don't scratch your brain too much over a bad result. Analyse and note down your mistakes and never repeat them ever.
This way you'd sail through amazingly well in your Final Exam with good confidence.
p.s. check out those brilliant image based questions these guys keep in the paper ;)

Firstly i would like to clarify the sole purpose of taking any mock test before NEET.
These test are made with an intention to rectify student's weak topics and brushen up the stronger ones.
So what i would suggest you would be to attend the mock tests as if you are appearing for real NEET.
It would give you more benifit during the actual exam as it would lower ur stress and increase your confidence while answering your questions.
Also certain tests also provide meta analysis of your answer sheet. Study the analysis sheet careful and chalk out a plan to rectify the short comings.
In this way definately you will succeed.
