This is a tentative list of topics in order of highest to lowest weightage for physics section in NEET.

Mechanics(10+ questions)

• Electrodynamics (Around 10 questions)
• Modern Physics(Around 5+ questions)
  
• Optics (Around 5 questions)
• Heat & Thermodynamics (Around 5 questions)
• SHM & Waves(Less than 5 questions)

Again this is just a guess work. Every right answer fetches you 4 marks and a wrong answer fetches you negative marking. Unanswered questions don't cost you. So you have to be careful while preparing for the exam and answering the questions.
