I would like to tell you that there are a few steps you will have to follow to get the CBSE Migrant certificate -

1. You will have to fill an application form for a duplicate certificate.
2. You will have to prepare a Demand Draft (DD) of IPO requisite amount for bank.
3. You will have to attach an identification certificate given by the principal or the gazetted officer.
4. You will have to attach a newspaper press release (declaration)
5. You will have to send all of the above to the CBSE regional office.
