Dear student,

Migration certificate are usually provided by the institution or authority you are studying at, so you will need to contact the examinations branch or the principal and inform them how you lost the certificate and they will guide with the process to apply for a new migration certificate.

You will be requested to fill the application form and pay the specified fees.

after than your new migration certificate will be issued within 2-3 weeks.

So contact your board at the earliest
