See for cent-percent marks you need to have proper and deep understanding of all the topics mentioned in the syllabus, now talking for Biology part for NEET UG, so it is a subject which comprises of complete theory portion so very first thing you should try to do is just read the topics very thoroughly and NCERTs are must so read NCERT textbook very thoroughly and in whichever topic you find any difficulty just clear it from wherever you feels comfortable either from internet or from your teachers or from any other source. Ultimate goal is to have deep understanding of all topics then only cent-percent marks can be scored not only in Biology but in any other subject as well.
