See, for getting any government mbbs college if you are from general category, you need 600+ marks . But still if you are asking about 450 marks So let me tell you the process.
Getting 450 marks is a not a big task in Neet . You should study Ncert books thoroughly. Practice questions daily and Revise all the things you learnt.
Don't leave any topic especially in Biology. .
Practice questions of organic chemistry and Physics from any reference books like Dc pandey
Then you can easily get more than 450+ marks.
