How to get a good sleep for 4 hours ?

To get a good sleep for 4 hours ,you need to calm your self and your mind and do meditation. You can also put alarm everyday and get up at the right time.

* Get your most important work done in the morning
* Eat , light and healthy meals at night
* Take a walk outside to break up the day
