How to get a job in ISRO after doing aerospace engineering

Hi, For Aerospace Engineers there is no direct selection process. But ISRO conducts exam every year, recruiting EC, ME, CS students. Also you will a have tough time to get selected. Also there will be interviews after the written test to et in ISRO.
You have to be a GATE qualified as well.
