The only way you can practice in the U.S. is by passing all four tests of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE), in sequence is a requirement  for any doctor to obtain a license to practice medicine in the United States.

The first step is to visit www.usmle.org (http://www.usmle.org) and go to FAQ’s and find out if your college is recognized. Next will be your registration and examination centers preference for your written examination. The clinical test and interview will be in USA.
