Hello Sunita,

To get admission in IISER there are three channels available which are: 1. through KVPY   2. Through JEE ADVANCE  3. Through state and central board (SCB) channel. Now as you are asking about the third channel that is through SCB channel. For this you have to appear for IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) . For this test eligibility criteria is that you have passed 10+2 level with science stream in 2018 or 2019.

Also you will be considered for admissions to degree programs only if you obtain cutoff marks specified for board. Cutoff criteria will be available in march. All the Best !!!
