B.Sc in cardiology technology is a three year full time undergraduate course.Cardic technology is also an allied course in medicine.Listed below are the minimum criteria of eligibility that interested candidates need to fullfill in order to apply for the course.
1.10+2 education completed in the science stream from a recognized educational board.
2.Physics,chemistry,english and biology as the main subject to study at 10+2 level.
3.A minimum agrregate score of 50% at 10+2 level.
Most institutes offering the course admits students based on their performance in the entrance test,followed by a round of personal interview.Some institutes conducts their own entrance test for admission.Admission process mainly varies from college to college.

You have not mentioned which college you wish to take admission in. If you were asking for the eligibility criteria, all Indian universities have this common set of criteria, which is:
- 10+2 education completed in the Science stream from a recognized or affiliated Board.
- stuedents must persue Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level.
- A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level
