Admissionto some of thetop institutesfor BHMS course is done through entrance exam. Candidates need to go through different entrance exams conducted at the national level and state level.



Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in the respective entrance exam which is followed by a round of Group Discussion and Personal Interview. With this, skills and abilities of candidates can bejudged and he/she is shortlisted. Those candidates who have successfully cleared the entrance test can appear for 1st round of counselling and then2nd round of counseling which may be held for those candidates who have their names in waiting list.

Hello Maya, To enter into the Medical field (BHMS), you need to clear NEET entrance exam... Once you clear the NEET, then you have to go through the counseling process (Carry required document with you), this will help you to get seat in college... All the Best

The admission to bhms course will be done through the common entrance test which will be conducted by the individual states.

Neet ug is the exam ONLY for admissions to Mbbs and Bds seats.



After getting selected in common entrance exam, you have to undergo counselling process for allotment of seat process in various colleges of bhms of your state. College (govt. ) are alloted strictly on merit basis. During the counselling process you have to show various documents to the authority at your couselling centre. After that you have to report to your alloted college for getting admitted.
