An individual can choose from the two-course options- one B. Sc. (Basic) and the other B. Sc. (Post-Basic).
For BSc Nursing (Basic) – Candidates should pass class 12 higher secondary education, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects (PCB stream) and should be medically (physically and mentally) fit.
For BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) – Candidates should have cleared class 12 higher secondary education, with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) subjects. An individual has to obtain a certificate in GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) and register themselves as RNRM (Registered Nurse Registered Midwife) from the State Nurses Registration Council.
