I think there is no such provision of getting the admission in direct second year other then diploma students. If you are a diploma student then you can get the admission in 3rd semester for degree courses. For that you have to go through the online counselling conducted by the admission committee of your state and then after according to your merit you will get the admission online. Otherwise there is no provision to get directly into 2nd year. Further I suggest you that you must visit the college for your query because it is the issue related to a particular college only so they can guide you better.
