Hello Rahul!!
After diploma, you cannot join btech in IIT. You can get admission in IIT through jee mains examination. To attend this exam ,you should have completed you 12th with minimum 75%.But, you can go for other private engineering colleges as lateral entry. And 10th completed student also not eligible to get admission in IIT. After completion of 12th with 75% can have chances to get admission in IIT. Hope this would helps you. Good luck!!

Hey,
You can get admission in IIT after diploma, but you will have to start from 1st year. You will get admission in 1st year of engineering. There is no lateral entry for 2nd year directly.
The course duration is 4 years.
You have to appear for JEE main and advanced, just like those who have done 12th. And based on the cut-off, you will get admission in IIT or NIT.
