Admission to Calcutta University is based on the score in WBJEE conducted by West Bengal  joint entrance Examination board ( WBJEEB) followed by counselling. The University conducts its own entrance exam followed by an interview at it's college Street campus and Alipore campus offer admission.

Calcutta University offers ug , PG,.courses. There are two categories is A for CU candidates and B category for non CU candidate . The admission under A and B categories is granted o er 60% and 40% seats respectively.

Admission forms are released in February for ug and PG courses.

Calcutta University  MBA forms are available till may 18, 2020.
