Hello. As per my research, Harcourt butler university admission rules are very straight forward. Listing them below.

1) UPSEE score conducted by AKTU.

2) Then university-level counselling.

3) If you have a valid JEE Main rank , then direct aadmission are offered for BTech programmes.

4) Crete your account with your personal address and academic profile. Upload them accordingly.

5) If application is passed, then admission eligibility is sent and you can then select your branch accordingly.

Admission is offered based on the score of U.P.S.E.E conducted by A.K.T.U followed by university-level counselling. Candidates with a valid JEE Main rank are offered direct admissions to the BTech programme.

The university will not conduct its own entrance exam for the B.Tech admission, the Harcourt Butler Technical University Admission 2021 for B.Tech will be granted on the basis of JEE Main 2021 exam.
