To get admission in IIIT Delhi you should have minimum 80% in class 12th as a general category. But if you want then you can aply for DTU, NSIT for which you should have minimum 60%.

IIIT Delhi takes admission through JEE Main and counselling will be held through JAC Delhi.
To be eligible for IIIT Delhi you must have secured minimum 80% aggregate marks of best of five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) in the qualifying examination and 80% or more marks in Mathematics (separately) are also required.
