IIIT Pune offers 4-year B.Tech. programs in 2 disciplines with an intake of 60 students in each specialization per year. Government College of Engineering, Pune (COEP) acts as the mentor institute for IIITP.
- Admissions are carried out by the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) by Joint Seat Allocation Authority ( JoSAA ) set up under the Ministry of Human Resources Development.
- Candidates who have successfully cleared the JEE Main are eligible to register for seat allocation.
- Candidates should have secured at least 75% marks in their respective 10+2 exams in order to apply for JEE Main.
- The institute offers reservation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories.
