In some programmes student will be eligible to take admission directly on the basis of last qualification whereas in other programmes LPUNEST or enterance exam or INterview is mandatory. LPU admission procedures are quite simple. You just need to follow the steps mentioned below –

Step 1:

Registration – Register on LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details (name, email id, mobile number, state, gender and password).

Step 2:

Payment for the LPUNEST kit – Applicants must pay the cost of the LPUNEST kit of their choice.

Registration fee:

The soft copy of the LPUNEST suite is priced at Rs. 9,999. 1000 (for men) and Rs 1000 (for men) and Rs 500 (for women).

The printed LPUNEST set is priced at Rs. 9,999. 1500 (for men) and Rs 1000 (for women). Payment can be made through net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI.

Step 3:

General information and  details of qualification – Candidates have to fill details in the application form such as Aadhar card number, address details and qualification details.

Step 4:

Exam Information – Candidates must reserve a seat (preferred location (if any), date and time of their choice) to appear in the LPUNEST exam. Applicants can also download the hall ticket from the portal.

Step 5:

Admission - Fill out the admission form. The following documents must be submitted/uploaded to the  admission portal -

The final transcript/mark sheet serves as a certificate of eligibility.

Like you want to take admission in bcom or bba or bca programs then entrance exam which is lpunest is not mandatory but if you want to take admission in btech bca hons bba hons or bcom hons or any other hons program then yes lpunest is mandatory.
